Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Viper website, web app, desktop app, browser extension, and related services (collectively, "Viper"). By creating an account or using Viper, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Viper. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Access during beta or invite-only periods is granted at our discretion and may be limited, changed, or revoked.

Viper helps you find jobs, prepare application answers, and assist with filling supported application forms. You remain the applicant and are responsible for every application submitted on your behalf.

You must review answers and form fields before submission. Viper is a tool to help you apply faster — it does not guarantee jobs, interviews, responses, or that any application is accurate or complete.

You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information in your profile, resumes, and answers. Do not use Viper to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Do not use Viper to break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate the terms of the job sites and employers you apply to.

Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, or security systems through Viper, and do not use Viper to scrape or attack third-party sites.

Do not reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service, other users, or third parties at risk.

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel from the billing portal and retain access through the end of the paid period.

Prices, plan limits, and credit allowances may change; we will give notice of material changes where required. Student pricing requires valid verification and may be revoked if verification lapses or is found invalid.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Viper and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Viper for its intended purpose.

You keep ownership of the content you provide (resumes, answers, profile data). You grant us the rights needed to operate the service — to store, process, and use that content to provide Viper to you.

Viper is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated form filling will be accurate in every case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viper and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, jobs, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Viper and delete your account at any time. You can request deletion from within the app or by emailing us.

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These terms make up the entire agreement between you and Viper regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

We will resolve disputes in good faith. Where governing law or venue is required, it will be as stated in any superseding agreement or, absent that, the jurisdiction in which Viper is operated.
