Accessibility statement

Last updated June 2, 2026. We want Viper to work for everyone. This statement explains our approach, known limitations, and how to ask for help.

Our commitment

Viper is committed to making our website, web app, and desktop app usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target standard, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

What we do

We design for keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, readable text sizes, and clear focus states.

We use semantic markup and labels so screen readers can describe interactive elements, and we test key flows — sign-in, reviewing jobs, and managing applications — for usability with assistive technology.

As we add features, we review them for accessibility and fix issues we find.

Known limitations

Viper is an evolving product, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard. Parts of the application workflow render third-party job forms that we do not control, so their accessibility can vary.

If you hit a barrier, please tell us — real reports help us prioritize fixes.

Requesting accommodations or help

If you need this content in a different format, or if an accessibility barrier is preventing you from using Viper, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or function you need.

Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use so we can reproduce and address the issue.
